1. Appearance printing defects
Screen printing, hot stamping, and silver hot stamping have poor adhesion, and will fade, gold, and bottom after rubbing or wiping.
There is serious color difference in the packaging of the same batch, and the colors of the bottles and outer boxes are inconsistent.

3. Causes of the problem
The ink and coating materials are incompatible with the bottle, and adhesion testing has not been done.

The hardness and wall thickness of the raw materials are not up to standard, the plastic toughness is poor, and the glass has no explosion-proof buffer.
Production, warehousing, and logistics lack buffering and protection, resulting in heavy stacking, friction, and collisions.

Appearance inspection standards for incoming materials are loose, and defective products flow into the assembly process

5. Improvement Countermeasures
Test adhesion, friction resistance, and material compatibility before printing, and match special ink coatings
Stable spraying, screen printing and baking process parameters, regular spot checks of color difference and printing accuracy
Improve packaging material standards, thicken the wall thickness of stress-bearing parts, and add buffer lining to glass
