Cosmetic packaging seal leakage problem
The sealing ring of the pump head is incompatible with the material body, and beads and leakage may occur if it is left standing for a long time.
The inner pad of the bottle mouth has deviation in size and insufficient hardness. There are still gaps after tightening, and material leaks when inverted.
The thread tolerance between the bottle body and the pump head is large, the engagement is not tight, and the threads become loose and leaking after vibration during transportation.
The end sealing of the hose is insufficiently hot-pressed, there are small gaps in the edge sealing, and the paste slowly overflows from the end.
The inner tank of the vacuum bottle has poor air tightness. After the pressure is released, the material flows back and seeps out from the gap in the pump head.
The fit of the inner plug of the flip cap is poor, and the liquid flows out from the gap in the bottle mouth when bumped or inverted.
